Return & Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of damaged items as described below.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You must record an unboxing video that clearly shows the damaged item and its original packaging before opening or handling the product further.
- You must contact us within 3 of delivery with the unboxing video as proof of damage.
- If your claim is approved, you will be required to mail the damaged item back to us at your own expense (unless otherwise agreed).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
Damaged item claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled at any time before the item has been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at skuxgirl.info@gmail.com . Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us or use the withdrawal function available in your account. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. This right applies regardless of our standard no-return policy above.
