Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. During new collection launches, preorders, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order contains both in stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Thailand
- Standard Shipping: 1 to 3 business days
International
- Standard International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country’s customs process, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. SKUXGIRL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SKUXGIRL is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim whenever possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been processed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
